A: We provide the same service as most traditional agents.   Included is the consultation and Sellers Report for pricing the house, writing the contract, four(4) pictures,  listing in the MLS (which includes, Zillow, Trulia, HomeSmart and more), negotiation with the buyer and sales contract.  We offer additional services to keep your costs down.

Q: Do we have to pay List4LessAZ any money to list our house?

A: No.  All fees and additional services will be deducted from the proceeds at closing.  If you cancel the listing before selling, the additional services must be paid directly to  the listing agent.  

Q; How is HomeSmart involved?

A: List4LessAZ licensed agents hang their license with HomeSmart Scottsdale Office. The HomeSmart broker approves all transactions.

Q: What are the typical costs for selling a house without List4lessAZ?
